01Who processes the data

The data controller is WebOmas.pro (“we”), business activity no. 1551273. You can contact us by the email shown in the website contacts and footer.

02What data we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a demo, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your phone, if you provide it
• the chosen website and your choice: rent, buy, demo or not sure yet
• for a demo: the preferred date, time and format (video or phone call)
• the text of your message
• the source of the enquiry: the channel (for example facebook, tiktok, instagram) and the page you came through

In addition, to prevent spam and abuse we briefly store the number of requests per IP address (in hashed form, not the value itself) and a technical log without personal data. A separate statistics log without personal data records only the number of enquiries by source.

03Why we use it

We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the terms of renting or buying a website. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and steps taken before entering into a contract.

To prevent abuse we use the IP hash on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website from spam.

04Who we share it with

The enquiry is sent to our email. Our hosting and email service providers may process the data as processors, only as far as needed to provide the service.

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

05Fonts and third parties

The website fonts (Plus Jakarta Sans and Space Grotesk) are loaded from Google Fonts. In that case your browser connects to Google servers, so Google may receive your IP address. We do not use any other external tracking or advertising services.

The website contains links to other websites (for example webomas.pro and our projects). Our policy does not cover their privacy practices.

06Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. To remember the chosen language and the intro animation state it may use browser storage (localStorage). It stays on your device.

If you arrived through a link with UTM tags (for example from our Facebook, TikTok or Instagram post) or from another website, we remember the source in browser storage for up to 30 days and attach it to your enquiry, so we know which channel brought it. We do not pass this data to third parties and use it only for our own statistics.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as long as needed to reply and maintain the correspondence, and delete them afterwards unless the law requires longer storage. IP hashes and the technical log are kept briefly and cleaned periodically.

08How we protect it

We use HTTPS, server-side field validation, spam protection and protection against header injection. Email and phone are not shown as plain text in the website code, so bots cannot harvest them.

09Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data
• correct or delete it
• restrict processing or object to it
• withdraw consent at any time
• receive your data in a structured format

You can also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). To exercise your rights, write to us and we will reply within the legal time limit.

10Children

The website is intended for businesses, so we do not knowingly collect children’s data.

11Changes to this policy

When the website’s operation or the law changes, we will update this policy. The update date is shown at the top of the page.
